By downloading or using the Bowlie app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Use of the App
Bowlie is provided for personal, non-commercial use to help you track your pet's feeding routine. You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Not veterinary advice
Reminders and accuracy
We work to make reminders reliable, but notifications can be delayed or blocked by your device settings, battery optimisation, operating system updates or other factors outside our control. You remain responsible for your pet's care and feeding.
Advertising
The App is free and supported by third-party ads served by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites they link to.
Your data
Your pet and feeding data is stored on your device. You are responsible for it, including keeping backups if needed. Our handling of information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The App, its name, logo, design and content are owned by Bowlie and protected by applicable laws. These terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App.
Changes and termination
We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. We may suspend or discontinue the App at any time. You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
